I am a National-Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a Somatic Sex and Relationship Coach and a Spiritual Life Coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. My coaching approach encompasses mind, body, and soul wholeness, supporting the whole person in achieving better health and a better quality of life.I provide coaching for individual clients, group programs, digital health companies, medical practices, therapists, and solo practitioners. I help clients reach their goals and improve their quality of life by using principles of functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, somatic sexology and experiential practices, spiritual life coaching, and positive psychology.I received my health coaching training and certification from The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, a collaboration with The Institute for Functional Medicine. I also received training and certifications from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition and from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I also obtained health coaching specialty certifications in Hormone Health and Emotional Eating Psychology, and also completed training in Menopause Wellness and education in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.Additionally, I am a graduate of The Somatica® Institute where I received core training, advanced training and couples training in somatic sex and relationship coaching. I also received training in spiritual life coaching, spiritual counseling, and spiritual healing from Mindvalley’s Evercoach Program, the Centre of Excellence, the Transformation Academy, Certified Excellence, and the Wisdom of the Whole Coaching Academy.Prior to becoming a full-time coach, I had a successful 15-year career in the tech industry working in customer success management for several Silicon Valley companies. During my career I was  'Top 3 in US Markets'  award-recipient for exceeding revenue and retention targets for a Fortune 1000 company. After a successful career in the tech industry, I decided to transition to the healthcare industry and started a new career as a trained and certified health coach. I found most of my skills and experience in customer success management to be transferrable and useful in my new profession, helping others achieve their desired outcomes and objectives.I am a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations. I studied law for one year at the University of San Francisco School of Law. While there, I won Best Oral Argument in the Moot Court Competition for 1st-year law students. I also received a Mini-MBA from Executive Education at Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University.My diverse and extensive coaching training and experience has enabled me to offer a multi-faceted approach to coaching that cultivates mind, body, spirit and soul wholeness.Coaching sessions are offered online via Zoom.
