I became certified as a health coach with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2022 and successfully passed the NBC-HWC exam in December 2023. Prior to becoming a coach, I spent the previous 20+ years raising my two children, doing volunteer work for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and working in the family Film and TV post-production business.Prior to that, I was a Post-Production executive at the Walt Disney Studios inBurbank, CA.After my children successfully flew the coop, I began looking formy “Act III”. I have had a passion for the healing arts for several decades andthen, when I was prescribed a Health Coach to help me manage some significant medicalissues, I became fascinated with the process.
