Hi, I'm Melanie! I'm a National Board Certified/ Functional Medicine Health Coach based in North San Diego County/ Oceanside, CA. I believe everyone deserves to live their best life! I help clients tap into their strengths and motivation by creating a compelling vision to inspire behavior change. I use a tangible approach allowing clients to take baby steps toward lasting new habits and a different perspective. We dive deep into the fundamentals: daily structure, language, metabolic flexibility and movement. My clients are able to achieve tiny wins that cumulate into larger shifts and lasting lifestyle modifications so that they can experience their Best Life and Best Day Ever!I am also a Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach. I offer a 7 week, app guided, mental fitness program which will provide my clients with aframework to use in facets of life including work performance, personal development, relationships, health and wellness and overall happiness/ quality of life.
