No matter how far they are in their journey towards healing, I strive to create the most nurturing and effective experience. In doing so, it becomes a great reward to personally have the opportunity to witness transformation and healing one day at a time in the lives of these clients.As a Certified Positive Discipline Educator, I love working with parents that are interested in having a more nurturing, respectful stress -free relationship with their children and teens by applying the growth mindset approach. I facilitate parenting workshops in public schools in the Southern California region.On a personal level, I love spending quality time with my children, I delight in preparing healthy nutrient dense delicious foods.
