Hi, A little bit about me:I am passionate about making a difference in people's lives.Having raised two beautiful daughters, I am now pursuing my goal of helping others get healthy and stay healthy by sharing my knowledge over the years.I also help parents by advocating for their children with disabilities in helping them with their 504 plans and educational path through high school and college.  Having worked in the airline industry for over 14 years in my early adult years, I still love to travel the world, learn about different cultures, and cook healthy vegan/vegetarian dishes with my own spin.My life changed direction 21 years ago when one of my children at age 3 was diagnosed with pancreatitis which led to several surgeries, resulting in many chronic medical conditions, forcing me to switch gears to quickly educate myself to be a caregiver in this unpredictable world of medicine, an advocate for education and running a non-profit foundation to bring smiles to critically ill children globally.Istrive to get the desired outcome of the clients by getting the clients more invested in their health by assessing and exploring their goals, planning and committing to lifestyle changes, taking action, being accountable for their progress, evaluating behavior change over time, and providing tools and support to sustain those changes that you have worked so hard for as longterm changes.  I provide educational, digital resources as needed and work in collaboration with their healthcare team.I listen to them and find out their needs and priorities.
