Hi, I’m Ayla Sarnoff! I'm a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and the founder of Clarity of Heart Yoga Studio in Sedona, AZ.My healing journey began at 15 after a traumatic 4-wheeler accident left me with a broken ankle and in a cast for nearly a year. During that time, I struggled with feeling fragile, broken, and limited. A few years later, I discovered yoga, not realizing then it would lead me to my deepest passion and purpose. Through consistent practice, I rebuilt my body, regained strength, and found a deep sense of resilience that has carried into every part of my life.Finding healing and uncovering my own inner strength through the practice of yoga ignited my passion for helping others overcome their perceived limitations. Over the last decade, I’ve worked with thousands of people through one-on-one sessions, group classes, workshops, and teacher training programs. At my studio, I developed the Therapeutic Yoga Method, integrating strength training, mobility, and nervous system regulation to help people move better, feel better, and age gracefully.I became certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) to expand my ability to support people beyond movement. As a health coach, I help clients clarify their goals, break through barriers, and create sustainable habits around nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle. My greatest passion is inspiring people to realize what they’re capable of and guiding them toward outcomes they never thought possible.Today, I combine yoga, strength training, and functional medicine health coaching to offer a holistic, client-centered approach. Whether in the studio, online, or through coaching, my mission is the same: to empower people with the tools, confidence, and clarity they need to heal and thrive.
