I am passionate about wellness and especially about the impact coaching has on the overall wellness of individual lives.Through using the Coach Approach to apply Functional Medicine principles, lasting healing happens! I can't wait for this to be true for your patients/clients.As shown, my moto is "Come as you are, but don't plan to stay as you are". Through using Motivation Interviewing, VIA Character Strengths, the Coach Approach, and more, clients can progress from where they are to where they truly want to be.I am also passionate about being involved in the Latino/Hispanic community.
