Like yours, I have my own unique health story.  My own journey has had its ups and downs over the years. While having kids, I became sick, tired, and non-functioning.  I visited the doctor’s office and hospitals more often than I would like, seeking answers that never came.  After desperately pouring out my frustrations and trying to describe the symptoms I was dealing with, I would receive the following conclusion, “It’s all in your head” and suggestions for pills. Been there? Luckily I never stopped searching, eventually entering a world I never experienced before, functional and integrative medicine, where I have found incredible healing and answers!  With my foundation in conventional medicine as a registered nurse for nearly 20 years; and my continuing research, education and personal healing with alternative medicine, I will help you find answers and better health.
