Meet Shelly Cobb Shelly Cobb is a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Health Educator with a focus on nutrition, fitness, and wellness. She is the founder of Thrive Wellness & Research Corp., where she brings her expertise and passion for helping others to the forefront. Shelly’s journey into holistic health began with a personal health crisis and a battle with autoimmune issues. Having experienced the challenges herself, she deeply understands what it takes to truly Thrive Well. Today, she channels that experience into guiding others toward optimal health and vitality. Currently, Shelly is completing her dissertation titled Is ADHD a Misdiagnosis for Nutritional Deficiencies? As part of this work, she is developing a program designed to support individuals looking to enhance their focus and attention through nutritional strategies.
