I am a master trainer & licensed nutritionist & wellness consultant. An avid body builder that loves to help improve people lives through exercise. I am easy going ambitious and I love to have relationships with positive people and live through great experiences. Life should not be hard.

Bio

Joseph R. Depena, Owner of VP Fitness, LLC, Master Trainer, Wellness and Nutritional Consultant. With more than 15 years of professional experience in general, strength, functional, sport-specific, and special populations' training, Joe formed VP Fitness, LLC in December of 2011 providing personal training services at ClubPlace located at the Marriott Downtown Providence. VP Fitness’ services are not only offered to guest of the Marriott, but available to the public as well.

Joe is certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers, and American Fitness Professionals and Associates. In addition to providing basic personal training service to his clients, Joe is also certified in TRX suspension training and TRX ripcord training.

Joe aims at motivating individuals by teaching them to live healthier lifestyles through exercises specifically targeted to achieve improved fitness goals.

All trainers at VP Fitness are CRP and AED certified.
