Training Philosophy
I fell in love with fitness 5 years ago when it saved me from my extremely unhealthy habits. I decided to start weight training and transition to a healthier diet. With that, I lost 30+ pounds and have never looked back. Since then, I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help others see how important a role fitness should play in everyones lives. I want others to be able to reach their goals in the healthiest most positive way possible. I focus mainly on strength training & cardio based circuit training with my clients but most importantly, movement. We all just need to get our bodies moving! I like to keep it fun and switch it up to keep it interesting each time my client comes back for their next session.
