Personal Trainer Overview
I have been training clients now for 17 years across long island and NY city and have helped achieve many clients goals of becoming healthier,happier and and just more confident about ther overall well being.
Training Philosophy
My training techniques range anywhere from strength training for body building to circuit training to improve your overall fitness. Isometric training and stretching is very helpful in many forms of rehabilitating injuries and a basic form or personal fitness for clients that are sedetary. Nutrition is also a very important part of your training to lose weight and also to enhance your overall fitness levels. Becoming healthy is your first step and then i will help you achieve your goals in becoming a healthier person.
Education
I have taken healt and fitness coursees at NY University and have recertified my certifications every two years to keep up with new training techniques>
