Being able to fully commit in life's adventures is important. Realizing your goals and what you need to achieve along with how to get there is equally important. Commitment, consistency and consciousness are needed for the adventure toward true well being. Train smart and hard.

Bio
I have been involved in the fitness industry for seven years. From a young age, martial arts helped define and progress me through life eventually leading me to a life long pursuit of physical education.
