I train my clients to have long-term success by teaching them how to implement a healthy lifestyle into their every day lives.

Training Philosophy

We do fun, personalized exercises, designed to maximize time and efficiency. Results come with fun! We will figure out what you find "fun" and incorporate that so that you enjoy your workouts!

Education

I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE-Group Strength Instructor, and an ACE Pre/Post-Natal Instructor.

I also have been coaching high level competitive gymnasts for 16 years. I hold a professional membership with USA Gymnastics. As well as a Safety Certification with them.

I am CPR/First Aid Certified with the American Heart Association.
