Personal Trainer Overview
I create goal specific program designs for optimal results. I can develop and modify exercises in a safe and effective way to adapt to any client. I have injury prevention and recovery expertise to help today's deconditioned population.
Training Philosophy
After ending my over 25 year career in professional dance, I decided that becoming a personal trainer was a natural progression for me. I had especially been inspired through rehabilitative exercise for dancers such as Pilates and Yoga. Today, helping people to realize their full potential in health and movement has become a passion of mine.
I believe in creating life solutions for people that involve all aspects of living well including health, weight loss, and overall lifesyle stressing the intigration of fitness, nutrition, and behavioral changes
Education
NASM certified personal trainer.
BA in Dance.
Numerous workshops and internships in Pilates, Dance, nutrition.
Teaching exercise experience in Pilates, kettlebell training, medicing balls, strength and toning bands, stability balls, boot camps, and adaptive exercise for special populations.
