Training Philosophy
Personal training is not just about the amazing workout sessions we spend together. It is about an overall fitness program that takes everything from nutrition and supplementation to mental states and stress into consideration. We will dive into a state of the art assessment process, looking at postural deviations, muscular imbalances, and nutritional intake to provide you with a fitness program tailored to your wants and needs.

Born and raised in So Cal.
Went to college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where I started training my freshman year and went on to graduate with honors in Kinesiology.
Worked on an ambulance and continued to personal train 2 years after college. Decided to finally pick up my bags and move to LA, so here I am!
