Training Philosophy
We use a synergistic approach designed specifically around a person's specific goals and needs. This is accomplished through proper medical screening, body diagnostics, performance testing, and finally placement into the correct program especially for you! Don't worry, if you have knee issues, we won't have you jumping off boxes onto the floor!

Bio
Trent & Vicki Mitchell own and operate Mitchell Fitness Systems, Inc. in Torrance CA since 1988 and currently operate in our studio at 23520 Telo Ave Suite 3, Torrance since 2006. We have three children and love outdoor activities, sports, reading, and people!!
