Personal Trainer Overview
I will develop a very convenient and effective program for you based on your personal goals. This program is designed to be completed at your convenience utilizing our facility or any facility of your choice; or even your home. Convenience and accessibility to fitness is the key to your success .

1 on 1 assessment meeting every 6 weeks
(includes measurements, photos, videos, etc.)

Bio
Sharon, a former dancer and athlete, has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and a national fitness seminar presenter for over 10 years. She is now the proud owner of Pole Position Fitness Inc. in Long Beach California; offering Personal Training and Group Fitness Services, as well as developing and offering the first Fitness Industry recognized Pole Fitness Program in the United States.
With a love for fitness and a competitive nature Sharon was missing something from her life. So, she embarked on a new adventure of participating in fitness competitions in 2006, after the encouragement of FAP champion Dena Weiner. Sharon began competing with the Ms. Ftiness and Fitness America organizations; and now competes with the WBFF and was awarded her professional status in May of 2011. Throughout this competition journey Sharon has been fortunate enough to work with many great photographers and sponsors and has been featured in Oxygen Magazine 2 times, Fit and Firm Magazine, ESPN/Fox Sports 3 times, and modeled for Las Vegas BikeFest and MalibuStrings numerous times. Sharon was recently awarded the Monica Brant E.W.E. Inspirational Award at the 2011 WBFF World Championships; for her work inspiring and motivating women all over the world. Sharon is now a staff writer for World Physique Magazine and shares information with her readers about her competition strategies.
Sharon is certified by AFAA, ACE, Spinning and Pilates Method in fitness and is an examiner and provider for AFAA & ACE for the Step, Primary and Programs of her own. She has also developed the only pole dancing for fitness instructor certification program based on ACSM guidelines for safe and effective exercise and is recognized by the 2 most recognized national fitness certification organizations AFAA and ACE; offering continuing education credits for her program.
Sharon's personal practice includes developing weight loss and muscle development programs for her Personal Training clients.
