Personal Trainer Overview
Over the past years, I have had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life. And let me tell you something, I have not had anyone that has followed my instructions and didn't get the results. Period.
All I ask my clients to do is show up and follow my instructions. I only want to work with committed people who want to put in the effort and get results. If you're serious about getting in shape once and for all, and sick and tired of being sick and tired, I'm your trainer.
My workouts will push your limits, leaving you with a rewarding soreness the next day. No pain, no gain.
Training Philosophy
I focus on creating and implementing regular healthy lifelong habits. I strive towards enhancing your well-being by empowering you with knowledge and continued support so that you can one day train yourself.
Bio
Food and my body image consumed my thoughts 24/7. It was mentally and physically exhausting and I had to put a stop to it.
I was on a tight budget making ends meet. I found a gym that offered an affordable 6-week challenge. I signed up immediately and I lost 5% body fat. It was difficult because I had to change my bad habits and form new healthy ones. I found myself at times extremely frustrated and ready to give up. I had absolutely no help and I was lost.
Over time, I found ways to overcome this battle and now my goal is to help any person who is struggling or wants to live a healthier lifestyle because you shouldn't have to do this alone.
