Personal Trainer Overview
Working with people to attain their goals through scientific programming and counseling of clients nutritional habits. Working 1on 1 or in small groups on becoming stronger, more mobile, and gaining a sense of feeling better and improving ones general wellness. Working with athletes and the general population wanting to shed pounds and execute work.
Training Philosophy
I use a basic assessment to find out what to do with a client and to understand the things I shouldn't do as well as a starting point. The assessments let's me know what exercises the client can handle and which ones need regression so the client can be successful and begin to progress toward their goals. Body weight and free weights are the area I like to focus on in the beginning as well as the clients weaknesses. I love clients that want to work and feel better. I enjoy and get immense satisfaction when I see the look on my clients face when they start to see their progress and feel it as well. You can't out train a bad diet so helping client gain control and understanding of their nutrition is key. So be ready to do work!
