I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with special interests in the following areas:
1.) Goal achieving performance nutrition for runners
2.) Eating Disorder Nutrition Therapy for individuals of all sizes
3.) Digestive health and Low FODMAP diets
My goal is to help guide your nutrition for any and all of the above concerns.
After completing a Bachelors in nutrition and dietetics at Purdue University, I moved to Wisconsin to pursue my dietetic internship at Mount Mary University. I have prior work experience in inpatient and outpatient eating disorder settings, outpatient hospital gastrointestinal clinic, and a passion for sports nutrition.
