I thrive working with individuals who are ready to make changes to be the healthiest version of themselves. I do not believe our weight determines our worth, and it's my goal to have clients focus on being stronger, fitter and improving chronic health conditions. While weight is a part of this, it is rarely the actual end goal... nobody wants to lose weight to lose weight - there is always a reason and my goal is to help uncover that reason and roadmap a way to get there.
I am passionate about weight management to improve overall health and/or to meet goals related to fitness, whether it is weight lifting or endurance training. I am also a GI Dietitian by day and have experience with elimination diets, IBS, IBD, food allergies, tube feeding and basically anything related to the gut!
I became a dietitian after going through my own weight loss journey almost 16 years ago now. I am passionate about empowering people to make changes and take control. I now am an endurance athlete, and I am also passionate about weight lifting/strength training for any gender at any age. I am a Personal Trainer in my "free" outside my full time job!
