My approach is rooted in weight-inclusive nutrition therapy blending evidence-based nutrition with trauma-informed counseling. For over a decade, I’ve helped clients move beyond the weight-focused “rules” of wellness culture and recover from disordered eating to find a path that supports their whole person health - peace of mind included!
