I will work with you to develop healthy eating behaviors that will help you improve your health while also building a positive relationship with food. I take an individualized and longevity-focused approach working with my clients to ensure that they feel confident with their nutrition for the long haul. I do not believe in "quick fix" diets. All the work I do with my clients is sustainable and realistic, providing them knowledge and confidence throughout all seasons of life.
I help my clients foster a healthy mindset around food, improving their mental and physical health. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered & emotional eating, sports/active lifestyle nutrition, prenatal/postpartum, weight concerns, menu and meal planning, and health concerns related to nutrition.
