I strongly believe in the power of food as medicine. I work with my clients to treat their health concerns using a natural, whole foods approach, but do incorporate supplements and functional testing when appropriate. My main areas of expertise include food digestive disorders such as IBS and SIBO, food allergies & sensitivities, general inflammation, diabetes, and cardiovascular health.

I have advanced training in GI disorders and I am a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) which allows me to help guide clients through food sensitivity testing (utilizing the MRT test) and diet treatment protocols. Contact me for more information about the testing and process.
