As a lifelong athlete and dietitian, I understand the demands of training, competition, and recovery very well. I help athletes at every level fuel smarter, recover faster, and perform at their best. I also help with disordered eating in both athletes and non-athletes. My approach blends evidence-based sports nutrition with a compassionate, non-restrictive framework so you can build strength, endurance, and energy without fad diets or extremes. Whether you’re chasing a PR, healing your relationship with food, or balancing training with work and life, I create personalized plans that support both performance and long-term wellbeing.
From competitive runners to weekend warriors, I guide athletes in mastering fueling, hydration, and recovery strategies. We’ll address common challenges like under-fueling, low energy, and RED-S, so you can feel strong, confident, and prepared in training and competition. I am a yoga instructor and also offer body-positive, trauma informed yoga.
My goal is to help you perform at your best without sacrificing health, your joy in your sport, or a healthy relationship with food. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your performance now and sustains you for the long run.
