I specialize in helping those with Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders. This can include Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia, Bulimia and ARFID. I focus on an anti-diet approach, and strongly believe in Intuitive eating and Health at Every Size. There are many misconceptions about health, and I want to help people navigate through all of the misleading information. My end goal is to help people reach a positive relationship with food!

I offer both 50-minute and 30-minute sessions. I am available for both virtual and in-person appointments.
