Certified by both the Primal Health Institute and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating, I specialize in the effective management of Type 2 Diabetes, obesity, and achieving sustainable weight loss. My personal journey, which includes overcoming PTSD, navigating medication challenges, and battling morbid obesity.
