Following a no-diet approach, my team and I help clients achieve realistic changes through long-term support for lifetime success. No more short-lived diets, quick-fix supplements, Weight Watchers, or MLM products . Just real food solutions grounded in a functional medicine approach. We partner with individuals who are ready to put in the work and see realistic, sustainable results. We have a team of 4 dietitians with unique specialties (such as hormones and gut health) as well as therapists who support clients on the mental health side of their journey.
Ditch the Diet is our virtual coaching program that was born with the goal of serving busy women who want to reset their nutrition. This is not a one-time counseling session, this is a commitment to lifestyle change. Our 1:1 coaching programs are a minimum of 16 weeks and go up to 8 months in order to work with clients through long-term change and results.
