Want to eat in a way that feels good and doesn’t stress you out? I get it! I help people discover the joy in eating and pursue well-being without focusing on their weight. As a non-diet dietitian, my goal is to help you stop dieting and obsessing about food and your body, and start living a joyful life with sustainable health, peace, and balance.
I whole-heartedly believe that health is more than just focusing on food- it’s mental health, rest, connection, creativity, and physical health. My approach combines the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size ® framework, evidence-based nutrition, stress management, joyful movement, and honoring cultural traditions.
