Clients often come to me feeling burned out by dieting, confused by conflicting advice, or frustrated by the burden of managing chronic conditions or navigating the overwhelm of everyday nutrition and family food systems. I provide evidence-based, weight-inclusive care that helps clients simplify nutrition, improve health outcomes, build sustainable habits, and reconnect with their bodies in a more supportive, realistic way.
I specialize in weight-inclusive integrative nutrition counseling for cardiometabolic health, PMOS, peri/menopause, ADHD, and relationship with food and body. I combine clinical nutrition, behavior change coaching, and exercise science to help clients build realistic, sustainable routines without diet culture extremes.
