We specialize in personalized nutrition counseling, and immersive nutrition education. We use an evidence based approach and offer a judgement free space to explore your intrinsic relationship to food and body. We work from a foundation of Weight Neutrality and Functional and Integrative Nutrition to treat the whole person and identify root causes.

After our comprehensive 75-90 minute initial nutrition consultation, we carefully go over your health history and nutrition goals and come up with a plan that is approachable, sustainable and that you will feel empowered to dive into!
