Hi, I'm Kristen! I'm an eating disorder Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and founder of The Intuitive Eating Center of Ohio. I'm passionate about helping people become competent and happy eaters. I love to support my clients in finding a more peaceful and flexible approach to health and nutrition that feels unique and authentic to them.
