I am thankful to work as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Quality of life is enhanced greatly when eating the right kinds of food in the right quantity. A few examples of clients who benefit from my services include: parents who would like help feeding their family, any individuals with anorexia, bulimia or binge eating disorder, weight gain or loss, athletes, and basic meal planning and grocery shopping tips. I look forward to working with each of my unique clients. Everyone deserves to take care of themselves in a way that makes you feel your best!

I worked in hospitals, nursing homes, weight loss clinics and eating disorder programs. I currently have a private practice where I provide accountability, education and meal plans. Individuals struggle in different ways and I am sensitive to making changes at a pace the individual are able to. Every little change makes a big difference!

We can meet virtually or in person at my Mentor or Pepper Pike locations. I offer morning, afternoon and evening hours.
