About
Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience working with those impacted by eating disorders. For years Erin worked as the lead dietitian at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level eating disorder clinic. She is currently accepting clients for outpatient nutrition counseling, and is a great fit for those looking to improve their thoughts and behaviors surrounding nutrition, nutrition related labs, body, or exercise. Additionally, Erin enjoys working with athletes looking for help meeting advanced fueling needs, and those looking for help improving their lipid, blood sugar, or liver health.
An advocate for health guidance to be offered through an Intuitive Eating, trauma-informed, and Health at Every Size lens; meaning she will make health promoting behaviors accessible without weight stigma. She evaluates and untangles the intersections of stress, body image, and nutrition education (or misinformation) as they relate food beliefs and behavior.
Please note, you do not have to be stepping down from a higher level of care or have an eating disorder to qualify for nutrition counseling. If you identify with intrusive thoughts related to food, movement, body image, and/or nutrition related labs, please reach out. Erin is available for virtual sessions for anyone residing in Ohio, Maryland, or DC.
