Many come to me feeling tired of dieting, confused by nutrition advice, or stuck in patterns that do not feel supportive. As a Registered Dietitian, I use a non-diet, intuitive eating approach to provide realistic, evidence-based guidance that helps clients feel more confident, nourished, and at ease with their choices.
