I work with clients who are tired of being controlled by food and exercise or are confused on what to eat or how to move their bodies. My focus is on keeping things simple and working with clients in an intuitive and joyful approach to help them meet their personal health goals. In addition to nutrition counseling and personal training services I have extensive experience with meal planning and culinary nutrition. I help my clients achieve their health goals without dieting, improve their energy, heal their relationship with food and body, and learn how to eat well and exercise for life.
