I utilize the Intuitive Eating approach to restore a healthy relationship with your body and food. I hold dual licenses as a Licensed Mental Health Professional Counselor and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist giving me a unique set of skills to treat food related issues, including subconscious thoughts, past trauma, and difficult emotions.
I use EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Response) treat urges, emotional eating, and any underlying trauma, help you uncover food related thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that keep sabotaging your efforts. Let us help you stop obsessing over food and create a sustainable lifestyle that doesn't involve restricting foods you enjoy.
