My goal is to help people of all ages develop and maintain a peaceful relationship with food. Eating is meant to be enjoyed. However, eating can often become complex, confusing and stressful. I use a non-diet, "all foods fit" approach to help individuals build trust in themselves and their bodies. Let's optimize your nutrition while honoring hunger cues and cravings.
My particular passion is for disordered eating, ARFID and chronic dieting. It is important to me to provide individualized care based on each person’s unique needs and experiences. I consider the whole self while assessing eating issues and will help guide you through sustainable, lifelong changes.
