My ideal client feels overwhelmed or stuck when it comes to food, even if they “know” what they should be doing. They may be navigating disordered eating patterns, emotional eating, medical nutrition needs, or simply struggling with consistency due to a busy life, stress, ADHD, anxiety, or depression. They want to feel more confident in their choices, improve their relationship with food, and build sustainable habits that support both their physical and mental health.
I provide nutrition therapy that integrates mental and physical health. I meet you where you are and help you build realistic, sustainable eating habits that fit your day-to-day life. I support disordered eating, emotional eating, and medical needs all without rigid rules or all-or-nothing thinking.
