Eating Disorder Dietitian - accepting new clients! Nutrition counseling for women whose relationships with food have become all-consuming. As someone who has recovered from anorexia myself, I know that you need a dietitian who will support you beyond just providing you with meal and snack ideas. In our sessions, we will go beyond the practical aspects of eating and also consider the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that are driving any overly rigid or chaotic eating and exercise patterns. I take a warm, compassionate, creative, and intuitive approach to journeying along with each client at her own pace.

I specialize in helping women experience healing and freedom with food, exercise, and body image. Our time is spent discovering why choosing certain foods feels harder than others and why eating feels so overwhelming. Together we can work to increase confidence in your eating and decrease obsession about your health.
