The first visit entails a complete lifestyle assessment as well as a discussion of your goals and challenges. I will work with you to develop a plan that is realistic and works for you. You will receive ongoing support to keep you motivated and ensure you reach your goals.
As a Registered Dietitian and certified personal trainer with 14 years of experience, I specialize in health and weight management, diabetes, heart disease, emotional eating, and sports nutrition for people of diverse ages and backgrounds. And I accept most major health insurance plans in Massachusetts.
