My approach to nutrition is rooted in simplicity and sustainability. With over a decade of experience, I recognize that nutrition is a deeply personal aspect of life. I make it a priority to understand the experiences that lead a person to seek nutritional guidance, so I can provide them personalized care. I am particularly passionate about perinatal nutrition- encompassing each stage from preconception through lactation- to optimize nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, and overall wellness for mothers and their families. I also focus on general health/wellness, gut health, and disease prevention/management.

Change takes time; I help people stick to their goals using mindful and intuitive eating, awareness of body hunger cues, practical lifestyle changes, aligning with cultural preferences, and finding joy in movement.

Outside of my practice, I teach nutrition basics to future culinary professionals, work with a local florist, enjoy hiking, gardening, kayaking, and art of all forms! I look forward to meeting you and supporting you to build longterm nutritional health!
