My focus includes eating disorders, disordered eating, sports nutrition, GI health, diabetes, cardiac care, and overall wellness. Using a non-diet, trauma-informed approach, I create a safe, confidential environment where clients feel heard and respected. Through personalized short- and long-term goals, I help clients build sustainable habits and meaningful, lasting change.
