I am a certified clinical nutritionist who helps clients meet their nutritional goals. I believe in tailoring a food plan to a client's individual health profile and life style needs. Especially rewarding is helping clients with unresolved health issues.

Areas of interest for me are weight management, support for those on GLP-1 drugs, gastrointestinal health including reflux, diabetes, improving body composition, cancer prevention and management of cancer treatment side effects, cardiovascular health and family nutrition. I work with cancer survivors to create a diet plan for the seasons of survival.

I am well versed in interpreting lab results, can explain what they mean and incorporate this information into a wellness plan.
