This isn’t some fad diet that provides temporary results...This is a lifestyle that will improve your health so that you can live a better life free from medication. I provide private, virtual nutrition counseling services for adults all over CO. During our first session together, I will do a full nutrition assessment, discuss any handouts and resources as needed, and then together we will create small, manageable goals for you to work on that get you closer to reaching your overall goal.
