Nourishing your body without fear or restriction, finding balance in eating, and breaking free from the pressures of diet culture while embracing confidence and joy should be something that we all have the opportunity to experience during our life. I know it can feel exhausting with a all of the input and opinions from the world around us, but I'd love to teach you how to pause and approach your own body with compassion and curiosity.
At Sakara Nutrition, we provide nutrition counseling services for individuals struggling with eating disorders. Our focus is on creating healthier relationships with food and your body while getting rid of the diet mentality that society has instilled in us. We are LGBTQ-friendly and believe in providing a safe and supportive space for all of our clients.
