Every day, I empower people to achieve great health and to feel better by eating well and taking care of themselves. Being a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator allows me to help people improve their overall health, whether it's lowering their blood pressure, improving their cholesterol or better managing their blood sugar. Sometimes people visit me for just one session. Other people see me for eight, ten or twelve visits. Learn the small daily steps to improve your health. Working together, we'll get the results that you want. And you'll feel better, too!

If you've received lab results from your doctor that you'd like to improve, I can help you. After three months, return to your doctor and be happy with the outcome! This isn't dieting. Instead, we work together to establish goals and get the results you want.
