Dana M. Serketich

Dana is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach.  After her career in Corporate America as a Human Resources Consultant, she followed her passion for health and wellness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise.  Then, to further her education, she became a CHEK Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach with the CHEK Institute.  CHEK focuses on advanced training principles for a holistic and integrated approach to vitality and wellness.  In addition, Dana is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.   Dana’s holistic approach combines nutrition, lifestyle choices and body mechanics to bring your body to its optimum efficiency for your daily life.  Her knowledge of corrective and functional exercises, along with therapeutic massage allows her to use techniques that help reduce your symptoms and improve your alignment and function so you may experience more energy and achieve your best self. By completing a comprehensive assessment (for her massage and personal training clients), providing you with individual attention, and listening to your personal goals and dreams, Dana will help you move forward with clarity and confidence.  Her caring, positive and fun attitude makes your journey enjoyable and life changing.
