Massage has been a dream of mine since I was 16yrs old. I believe massage therapy is a very valuable tool for healing. My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to provide quality massage that will take my clients from injury and illness to optimal wellness. I achieve this by continuing my education and learning the newest techniques and products so that I can give my clients the best massage and benefits possible. I partner with each client to design a clear plan that is unique to their needs and attainable using many different techniques such as; Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Neuromuscular Release Techniques, cupping, Kines tape and Swedish gymnastics.I graduated in 2016 from Clover Park Technical College with a certificate in Swedish Massage and Clinical Massage Studies.
